Royce Hughes is a leader from Richmond, CA who has worked extensively with youth development. He continues to be a beacon of hope, prosperity, respect & love amongst his peers.

He attended Kennedy High School & then Contra Costa College from 2007-2009, where he played at Quarterback for the college's football program. After years of strong play, Royce earned a Division-3 football scholarship to Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama.

After spending a couple years at Faulkner, he decided to return to the Bay Area to be closer to his family and friends. Upon returning, he (w/ friends) created RCTHURSDAY; a collective group of young people who provided safe, affordable house parties on Thursday nights. Royce served as the organization's Event Coordinator.

Royce works for San Rafael High School as the School Supervisor and for the City Of Berkeley as a recreational leader. His vision is to empower and unite the youth within the Bay Area.
